Myeongnang Sikdang

Myeongnang Sikdang is a yukgaejang restaurant in Daejeon, a 10-minute walk from Daejeon Station. It serves only yukgaejang, a thick soup with plenty of thickly and lengthwise-sliced daepa. It opens at 11 a.m. and closes early once ingredients run out, and takeout orders require a call around 9 a.m. A wait forms during lunch hours.
