Heungmi Restaurant

Heungmi Sikdang is a naengmyeon restaurant in Jungang Market near Daejeon Station. Its yuksu naengmyeon uses sagol broth with dongchimi added, giving it a spicy and sweet taste, and the restaurant also sells jjajangmyeon and seafood jjamppong. The naengmyeon carries the flavor of sagol and dongchimi mixed together even before the noodles and toppings are stirred. The udon can be eaten with gochutgaru sprinkled on top.
