Sushi Simsin

Sushi Simsin is an aged-sushi restaurant in the food alley across from Shinsegae Department Store in Dong-gu, Daegu. The special course includes two pieces of sushi topped with monkfish liver, and the liver can also be eaten alongside shrimp. Reservations are available through CatchTable, and ingredients have run out as early as 2:30 p.m. on weekdays. There is almost always a wait.
