Simji

Simji is a restaurant in Dong-gu, Daegu, near Dongdaegu Station, serving Japanese-style katsu and Hokkaido-style soup curry. The deungshim katsu and modum katsu come with Maldon salt, truffle oil, fresh wasabi, and katsu sauce. A waitlist joined around 10:30 a.m. still has people waiting at 11:20 a.m. on a weekday, and arriving at opening time also means waiting. There is effectively no parking.
