Myeongseongok

Myeongseongok is a kimchi jjim restaurant in Inhu-dong, Jeonju. It serves dwaejigalbi kimchi jjim and ppyeodagwi kimchi jjim simmered in anchovy broth, with a choice of mild, medium, or spicy. Tables fill up before noon, with only two or three left empty. The medium level is spicy, so those who cannot eat spicy food should choose mild.
