Deokcheon Sikdang

Deokcheon Sikdang is a sundae specialist in Jeonju that has operated for over 40 years near Jeonbuk National University and serves sundae gukbap without sundae. The gukbap contains pork intestines and makchang, the rice comes already added, and it is eaten with chive muchim and kkakdugi. The intestines have little gaminess and a chewy texture, and the meat is dipped in saeujeot or chojang. Parking is inconvenient because the restaurant is in an alley.
