Yeon Makchang Janggi Branch

Yeonmakchang Janggi-jeom is a makchang (beef abomasum) restaurant in Daegu’s Janggidong food alley. The makchang is tender rather than chewy, and the menu also includes yeolmu bibim noodles and doenjang jjigae. Because the restaurant often has a wait, use a table-catcher system to join the queue in advance. Parking is available at nearby public parking lots.
