Yam Yam Donkatsu

Yam Yam Donkatsu is a donkatsu restaurant in Gamsam-dong, Daegu. The modum plate comes with donkatsu, fish katsu, and chicken katsu made from drumstick meat, served with a peanut-flavored gyeongyangsik sauce. The donkatsu is formed thick, cooked through, and has a chewy yet tender texture. The fish katsu is made from trimmed fish with a chewy bite.
