Uya Jimakchang

Uyajimakchang is a makchang (beef abomasum) restaurant in Wolseong-dong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu, across from a park. The makchang is grilled over charcoal, and orders of three servings or more come with rolled omelette, doenjang ramyeon, patbingsu, and sausage at no extra charge. The dining room is large enough for group gatherings, and a waitlist forms on weekends. There is no separate parking area.
