Singsing Ppollak Hoe is a bolrak hoe restaurant in Janggi-dong, Daegu. The bolrak hoe is eaten wrapped in sushi or dipped in doenjang. A water tank is on site, and extra sushi can be ordered separately. The amount of vegetables and side dishes is small.
