Seongseo Noodles

Seongseo Guksu is a noodle shop in the Seongseo Industrial Complex in Dalseo-gu, Daegu, serving only janchi guksu and bibim guksu. The janchi guksu comes with a rich anchovy broth topped with zucchini, chives, gim, seasoning sauce, and sesame, while the bibim guksu is sweet, sour, and spicy. The kitchen is open, and seats are almost full even at 1:30 p.m. on weekdays, with noodles arriving about 15 to 20 minutes after ordering. There is no parking lot, and the narrow alley makes it difficult to park a car.
