Sangsang Makchang

SangSang Makchang is a makchang (beef abomasum) restaurant near Gamsam Station in Dalseo-gu, Daegu. The makchang is par-grilled to render out fat and is typically eaten with minari, and the menu also includes kkeopdaegi, pork collar, and pork jowl. The interior has a large seating area with wide gaps between tables. A self-service bar lets diners take their own side dishes.
