Omija Kalguksu Jeonmunjeom

Omija Kalguksu Jeonmunjeom near E-World in Duryudong, Daegu, serves shellfish kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), nakji bokkeum kalguksu (spicy stir-fried octopus knife-cut noodles), and old-style Western-style pork cutlets. The nakji bokkeum kalguksu uses chewy house-made noodles coated in natural seasoning made with more than 20 kinds of vegetables and fruit, while the shellfish kalguksu contains three kinds of shellfish. The newly opened restaurant has a clean space furnished in a hanok style, and the pork cutlets are fried daily in new oil. The nakji bokkeum kalguksu is strongly spicy and is unsuitable for diners who cannot handle spicy food.
