Maknae Kalguksu

Maknae Kalguksu, now signed as Maknae Guksu, is a noodle shop in Daegu Seongseo Noodle Alley, between Seongseo Guksu and Ihwa Guksu. It serves janchi guksu, bibim guksu, kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), and kongguksu, with hand-rolled noodles and seasoned broth in the kalguksu. The kongguksu is thick enough to eat without salt, while the janchi guksu comes with soy sauce containing large pieces. The noodle portions are large, so ask for a smaller serving if needed.
