Makchang Deokhu

Makchang Deokhu is a makchang (beef abomasum) restaurant in Wolseong-dong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu. It serves saeng makchang and fruit makchang after a first grilling, and side dishes, ramen, and drinks are self-serve with unlimited refills at the self bar. On a weekday at 6 p.m. there was no wait, and the restaurant has indoor hall and terrace tables. The bul makchang needs attention while grilling so it does not burn.
