Kim Bau Samgyeopsal

Kim Bau Samgyeopsal is a samgyeopsal (pork belly) restaurant in Songhyeon 2-dong, Daegu. The samgyeopsal is par-cooked before it arrives and staff grill it at the table, and the restaurant also sells makchang and pork kimchi stew. A large parking lot sits next to the restaurant, and at lunch the jeyuk dolsotbap comes out right away. There is no ventilation system, so smoke and grease do not clear well.
