Katsu D9 is a donkatsu restaurant in the Gyedae Dongmun food alley in Dalseo-gu, Daegu. Its Skinner deungsim fries vacuum-aged sirloin that has been aged for 300 hours, and it also serves jjolmyeon donkatsu and kimchi katsu nabe. At lunchtime the seats fill up and a wait forms, and takeout and delivery are available. The basic donkatsu is on the thin side.
