Hwangso Sutbul Makchang

Hwangso Sutbul Makchang is a makchang (beef abomasum) restaurant in Dalseo-gu, Daegu. The makchang is the standout dish, and anago and dwitgogi are eaten alongside it. The space was renovated and is clean, with parking available for only a few cars along the roadside. Response to the call bell is slow, which makes additional orders frustrating.
