Gayaseong

Gayaseong is a Chinese restaurant in Dalseo-gu, Daegu, serving jjamppong, bokkeumbap, and tangsuyuk. The jjamppong uses slightly wide noodles in a smoky broth with cabbage, and the tangsuyuk comes as bumeok, tossed in a white sauce. It was featured on Staking on May 30, 2015 as a winning house in Baek Jong-won's Four Great Kings, and the bokkeumbap has a savory oil-coated taste even without jjajang sauce. The food varies, so the same taste cannot be expected on every visit.
