Dodamteo

Dodamteo is a small grilled fish restaurant in an alley in Bonri-dong, Daegu. Each serving comes with rice cooked to order in a single-person pressure cooker, scorched-rice soup made by pouring broth over the crust, doenjang jjigae, and side dishes. The owner runs the place alone, so food can take a while and there may be a short wait at lunch. On some evenings the ingredients run out.
