Daegu Yukhoe

Daegu Yukhoe is a raw beef restaurant in Duryu-dong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu. The yukhoe is cut to a moderate thickness and served with a separate egg yolk, and diners can wrap it in cheese and gim. Yukhoe bibimbap is served as well, and side dishes are refilled once. The basic banchan are somewhat lacking.
