Buil Makchang

Builmakchang is a makchang restaurant in Dalseo-gu, Daegu. The makchang is soft and nutty with no gamy smell, served with large green onions, and the samgyeopsal is pre-grilled before it comes out. There is a large parking lot and reservations can be made through Tabling. On Saturdays the tables are full even at 5:30 p.m., so the wait can run about an hour and a half.
