Busan An Myeonok

Busan Anmyeonok is a naengmyeon restaurant in Daegu that serves Pyongyang-style cold noodles and suyuk. The mul naengmyeon comes in a meat broth and can be ordered with suyuk on the side. The restaurant began in Pyongyang in 1905 and moved to Daegu in 1969, and its naengmyeon has the mild, plain flavor typical of the Pyongyang style. It opens only from April to September each year.
