Hwasan Fortress Windmill Observatory

Hwasansanseong Pungcha Jeonmangdae is an observation deck in Daegu with a windmill and open views. The site is centered on the windmill and the surrounding scenery. Reaching it requires passing a high, winding slope and a narrow road. There are no restrooms nearby and no shade.
