Gachang Quarry

Gachang Quarry is a scenic site in Samsan-ri, Gachang-myeon, Dalseong-gun, Daegu, where an old quarry site is open for viewing. Rainwater and groundwater below the cliffs form an emerald-colored lake, and the straight-cut stone mountain stands at the center of the view. The site looks very different on clear days when flowers bloom and on rainy days. It is currently private property with entry prohibited, and the entrance is blocked.
