Oseong Kalguksu

Oseong Kalguksu is a kalguksu restaurant in Jungni-dong, Daejeon. Bossam and kalguksu are boiled together in a jeongol pot, and a clear seonji haejangguk is served alongside. When the broth boils, the noodles are added and cooked further, starting chewy and turning soft. The seating is limited, so there can be a wait.
