Yunhwa Sikdang is a Korean meat grill restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul, serving kimchi stew and old-style frozen samgyeopsal (pork belly). The whole-pork kimchi stew is eaten by wrapping the pork in perilla leaf pickles, and the samgyeopsal is dipped in shrimp-jeot oil sauce. Visitors come for kimchi stew as a lunch menu, and can add ramyeon, glass noodles, or tofu as extra ingredients. The kimchi stew contains a lot of pork and the broth is on the spicy side.
