Waryeo Sushi

Waryeo is an omakase sushi restaurant in Daechi-dong, Seoul. The lunch omakase includes uni and ttak-saeu (small lobster-like shrimp) sushi, along with 12 pieces of sushi. Dinner features kaiseki, and the chef explains each dish and sake one by one while refilling the soup and green tea when they run low. The restaurant is behind the building, so first-time visitors need to check the signboard.
