Wangfujing Malatang COEX is a malatang and malaxiangguo restaurant on the B2 floor food court of Hyundai Department Store Trade Center. Customers pick ingredients themselves, pay by weight, and order one of three spice levels. Choosing ingredients takes time, and the store gets crowded with visitors. The spice is strong from level one, and the difference between levels two and three is small.
