Uno

Uno is a charcoal grill restaurant near Seolleung Station in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, serving Hanwoo and beef. Its signature dish is the Uno Galbi Modeum, 800g of charcoal-grilled galbi-sal, LA galbi, kkakduk kkotsal, and useol, which staff grill at the table. The restaurant has operated in the same spot for over 20 years and has both private rooms and a hall. Meat is served with dry ice plating, along with seonji haejangguk and old-style patbingsu for dessert.
