Sweet Balance

Sweet Balance is a salad shop in the basement of the Posco building in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. It has many single seats suited to eating alone, and you choose grilled vegetables, smoked duck, smoked salmon or sous-vide chicken breast, then change the dressing and toppings. Food comes out quickly even at lunchtime, takeout orders are available, and lemon water is served alongside. Adding meat or salmon toppings to the basic salad puts the price on the higher side.
