This 60-year-old gopchang restaurant sits in the food alley behind the Posco building at Seolleung Station, selling gopchang (grilled intestines) and daechang (beef large intestine). The gopchang and daechang are grilled once, then cooked on a cast-iron plate with chives and finished with fried rice. The restaurant uses the basement and first floor, but a wait forms when customers crowd in, and liver and cheonyeop are served as free extras. Tables are close together, so it is uncomfortable for groups to sit.
