Shinwang Beef Noodle

Sinwang Uyukmyeon is a Chinese restaurant in the Samseong-dong food alley across from the City Airport Tower in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. It serves uyukmyeon and other Chinese dishes, including dosakmyeon, mala dosakmyeon, and bokkeum dosakmyeon, along with kkwabarou and yurinki. All noodles are made in-house, the broth is prepared from scratch, and the meat topping is boiled until tender before being added. The dim sum is small, and the dumplings are ordinary.
