Seoul Mulhoe

Seoul Mulhoe is a seafood restaurant near Samseong Station that serves Pohang-style mulhoe and hoe dishes. The signature style is Pohang mulhoe without broth, eaten wrapped in seaweed and perilla leaf, then finished by pouring on icy broth. It opens at 11 a.m. and runs until 10 p.m., selling only mulhoe at lunch and hoe and octopus at dinner. At lunchtime there are no seats, so you wait until a table turns over.
