Park Seobang Sundae Gukbap

Bakseobang Sundaegukbap is a restaurant in Samseong-dong, near COEX in Seoul, about a 10-minute walk from Samseong Station. It serves sundaegukbap with baek sundae-style sundae and offal in a clear broth, and the set meal adds suyuk and sundae. The sundae and offal are chewy without any unpleasant smell, and the rice comes already in the soup. The broth is lightly seasoned by default, so it is adjusted with salted shrimp or kkakdugi brine.
