Pandong Myeonok

Pandong Myeonok is a naengmyeon restaurant in a residential area of Daechi-dong that serves Pyeongyang naengmyeon, mandu, and mung bean pancakes. The broth has a meaty aroma, and the noodles, made with a high buckwheat content, carry a mild buckwheat scent. The mandu are filled with a tofu-heavy filling in a chewy wrapper, and the mung bean pancakes are thick and crisp. The naengmyeon broth is on the salty side.
