Myeongga Uyukmyeon Seolleung is a Chinese restaurant near Seolleung Station and POSCO Center in Seoul that serves beef noodle soup and eggplant dishes. The uyukmyeon comes with arongsatae chashu and bean sprouts, and a mala version is also available. Diners add the ingredients themselves, as with gukbap, and there is seating for people coming alone.
