Mireo Kalguksu

Miro Kalguksu serves kalguksu, sujebi and bibim guksu in the basement of the Eunma shopping center in Samseong-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The thin kalguksu and the sujebi come in a clear, cool and mildly spicy broth made with an anchovy base, while the bibim guksu combines sour kimchi, a sweet-and-spicy sauce and sesame oil. Ordering bibim guksu brings sujebi broth and thinly sliced cucumber on the side. Kalguksu and sujebi can be ordered in double portions.
