Mibundang Daechi

Mibundang Daechi is a Vietnamese restaurant in Daechi-dong, behind Lotte Department Store Gangnam, serving pho with yangji, chadol, and himjul. The broth is simmered long rather than built on seasoning, and several cuts of meat go into each bowl. Orders are placed at a kiosk outside the store, cilantro comes only when requested, and noodles can be refilled at no charge. Seating is counter-only, and a notice asks guests to eat quietly.
