Malta Chamchi

Molta Chamchi is a tuna restaurant in Seoul that serves aged tuna hoe and sushi. It pairs the meal with soy-marinated crab and aged kimchi, and staff explain how to eat each cut of tuna. The restaurant is a five-to-seven-minute walk from the station and has private rooms, and after the meal it gives a pack of soy-marinated crab for takeout. Dinner and drinks are expensive, so it is hard to visit often.
