Katsu8 @ Parnas Mall

Katsu 8 Parnas Mall is a tonkatsu restaurant in the basement of Parnas Mall in COEX, Seoul, serving hire katsu and loin donkatsu with banchan and set meals. The hire katsu comes in a large cut with tender meat and a thin fried coating, and the udon banchan set includes two pieces of katsu, two gimbap, and udon. A wait forms at lunch, but seats remain outside peak hours, so visiting at 11 a.m. or 2 p.m. is advised. Portions run slightly small.
