Jeonju Jip

Jeonju Jip is a semi-basement restaurant in the Samseong-dong food alley across from COEX, serving Korean dishes such as dakdoritang and hairtail jjim. The dakdoritang uses plenty of perilla leaf, the hairtail jjim comes in a spicy sauce, and the side dishes are generous. Inside there are about six or seven four-person tables, and the space is tight, so those who do not arrive early have to wait. Prices are on the high side, and staff sometimes recommend a large size when ordering.
