Jayu Chamchi is a single-menu tuna restaurant behind the POSCO building at Seolleung Station in Seoul. It serves thick cuts of honmaguro including akami, chutoro, belly, and head meat, with one refill of tuna allowed. The first plate comes with all the cuts together, and rice for making tuna sushi is provided separately. The space is small, so on weekday evenings the wait without a reservation can be long.
