Modern Yoriok Ieumteo is a modern Korean restaurant near Seolleung Station in Seoul that serves Korean flavors as a course meal. The courses run from vegetable sticks with barley doenjang to abalone gyeranjjim and cream-sauce tuna tataki, then hanwoo yukhoe with gamtae rice.
