Ichiryu Seolleung

Ichiryu Seolleung serves Sapporo-style jingisukan lamb grilled over a tabletop brazier near Seolleung Station in Seoul. Staff grill the lamb ribs and loin at the table, and the meat is eaten dipped in soy sauce. The lamb ribs and loin are tender with little of the gamey smell typical of lamb, and koshomen cold noodles can be ordered alongside. It has been listed in the Michelin Guide for several consecutive years.
