Hyeongje Hoegwan

Hyeongje Hoegwan is a meat restaurant in Daechi-dong, near Seolleung Station in Seoul, serving samgyeopsal (pork belly) and kimchi stew. Its daepae samgyeopsal is made by briefly freezing fresh pork belly and slicing it thin, and the kimchi stew is boiled with aged kimchi and jeonjitsal. At lunch, the kimchi stew comes with a choice of eomuk sari or ramyeon sari, and pork duruchigi can be ordered with added meat. The lunch stew falls short in portion and price.
