Hyeongje Gopchang

Hyeongje Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant in the food alley opposite POSCO in Samseong-dong, serving Korean beef gopchang (grilled intestines), makchang (beef abomasum), daechang (beef large intestine), and yeomtong. The restaurant also serves seonji haejangguk and fried rice, and partially grills the gopchang and daechang before serving. The gopchang arrives moderately grilled, while the fried rice is left briefly so it becomes crisp. The gopchang is not densely filled and has a chewy texture.
