Hyangho Myeonok

Hyangho Myeonok is a noodle shop near Hanti Station in Daechi-dong, Seoul, serving kalguksu, sujebi, and mandu. The kalguksu uses plenty of bajirak and is not heavily salted, and the barley rice served before the meal is mixed with saengchae, sesame oil, and bibimjang. Orders of two or more can be changed to kaljebi, a mix of kalguksu and sujebi, and cooking takes some time. The dining room is quiet, making it hard to talk comfortably.
