Hwangtae Maeul

Hwangtae Maeul is a Korean restaurant near Posco Intersection in Seoul that serves hwangtae haejangguk and hwangtae gui. The hwangtae seolleongtang has a milky, rich broth with soft hwangtae, and the hwangtae jeongsik comes with both grilled hwangtae and soup. A line forms at lunch, but the menu is small so tables turn over quickly. The side dishes are few in number.
