Gwangsusa

Gwangsu Sa is a Japanese restaurant in Seoul that serves hoe, sushi, and soup as courses. Ordering min-eo tang brings sushi alongside it, and the course includes several kinds of hoe, among them min-eo and tuna. Lunch and dinner courses are separate, and the food is plated neatly. Food and alcohol are priced high enough that visiting often is a burden.
